Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (Frank's RedHot recommended)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients by ensuring cream cheese is softened at room temperature and having cooked, shredded chicken ready
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well-combined
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and 3/4 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese. Reserve the remaining cheese for topping
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden cheese topping
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with sliced green onions, blue cheese crumbles (if using), and fresh parsley. Serve warm with your favorite dippers

Notes

Prepare dip mixture up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate; adjust spice level by modifying Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing ratios; use rotisserie chicken for convenience; serves 6-8 but can be doubled for larger gatherings
