- Prepare your ingredients: Shred your cooked chicken and ensure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
- Combine ingredients: In your crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the shredded cheeses. Mix well to combine.
- Cook on low: Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top and cook for another 15-20 minutes until melted.

Rotisserie chicken saves time, but you can also poach chicken breasts. Start with 3/4 cup buffalo sauce and adjust for spice preference. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to prevent lumps. Use keep warm setting for extended serving. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
