- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If using fresh chicken, cook and shred it. Rotisserie chicken works well for time-saving.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Add blue cheese if using. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted with light golden top.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes. Top with sliced green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for best results and time savings. Adjust spice level with mild or hot buffalo sauce. Cream cheese must be softened to avoid lumps. Can be made ahead and refrigerated, adding 5-10 minutes baking time.
