- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles (if using). Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce amount to preference: 1/3 cup for mild, 3/4 cup for extra spicy. Make sure cream cheese is properly softened for smooth mixing. Dip can be assembled ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
