- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish or similar-sized oven-safe dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumbles (if using), and half of the chopped green onions. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining green onions. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for best texture, adjust spiciness with buffalo sauce, can be made ahead and refrigerated, serve with sturdy dippers like tortilla chips or celery sticks.
