Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 large dragon fruit, cubed
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

Instructions
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Carefully peel and cube the dragon fruit, dice the mangoes, hull and halve the strawberries, and prepare the remaining fruits as indicated. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, fresh lime juice, lime zest, grated ginger, and sea salt until well combined. The dressing should have a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors.
  3. Pour the maple syrup dressing over the prepared fruits. Gently toss everything together using a large spoon or salad tongs, being careful not to crush the delicate berries. The goal is to coat all fruits evenly with the dressing.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This chilling time enhances the taste and makes it incredibly refreshing. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Choose ripe but firm fruits to maintain texture. Prepare fruits and dressing separately up to 4 hours in advance and combine just before serving. For presentation, arrange fruits in colorful layers in a clear glass bowl.
