Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 medium dragon fruit, cubed
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey for extra sweetness

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare all your fruits by washing them thoroughly. Peel and cube the dragon fruit, dice the mangoes, hull and halve the strawberries, and slice the kiwi. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, fresh lime juice, and chopped mint until well combined. This simple dressing will bring out the natural sweetness of the fruits without making the salad soggy.
  3. Gently toss the fruits with the maple syrup dressing until everything is evenly coated. Be careful not to crush the delicate berries during mixing.
  4. For best results, let the salad rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This resting period helps the fruits absorb the dressing slightly while maintaining their crisp texture.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving. Garnish with additional mint leaves for a fresh presentation.

Notes

Choose ripe but firm fruits for best texture. Prepare fruits and dressing separately up to 4 hours in advance and combine just before serving. Best enjoyed the same day, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
