- Prepare all the fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, orange juice, and pinch of salt until well combined.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruits and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Let the fruit salad sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Add the banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.
