Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare all the fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, orange juice, and pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruits and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Let the fruit salad sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Add the banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a chilled treat.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits, prepare dressing ahead, add bananas last to prevent browning, can be made vegan with maple syrup instead of honey.
