- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (approximately 8x8 inch) or a small oven-safe skillet.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the creamy buffalo mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese (and blue cheese if using).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened at room temperature for smooth texture. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity based on heat preference. Rotisserie chicken saves time and adds flavor. Can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated before baking.
