Ingredients
  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 8 oz creamy ranch dressing
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz turkey ham, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce. Add the cooked chicken, diced turkey ham, bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Mix well to coat all ingredients.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixing bowl and toss until everything is evenly combined. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with both Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, spreading evenly across the surface.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges. For extra browning, you can broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Make-Ahead Friendly: Assemble the casserole up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate. Add 5-10 minutes to baking time when cooking from cold.
