- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and quarter the strawberries, cube the pineapple and watermelon, slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl, being gentle to avoid bruising the more delicate berries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey, lime zest, orange juice, and sea salt until well combined and the honey is fully dissolved.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruits and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly. Be careful not to overmix, as the berries can become mushy.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm fruits for best texture. Can be prepared up to 4 hours in advance. Add poppy seeds or chia seeds for extra texture, or Greek yogurt for a creamier version. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
