Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra nutrition)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and thoroughly dry your strawberries, then chop them into small pieces. Measure out all other ingredients so they're ready to go. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and chia seeds. Stir until well blended. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, being careful not to crush them.
  3. Create Clusters: Using a tablespoon, drop small mounds of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart. If using coconut, sprinkle a little over each cluster.
  4. Add Chocolate Drizzle: Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each cluster using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Freeze and Set: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm. Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Make-Ahead Magic: These clusters freeze beautifully! Prepare a double batch and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. They make perfect grab-and-go snacks. Ensure strawberries are completely dry before mixing to prevent watery clusters.
