  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • skillet
  • mixing bowl
  • pastry brush

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the biscuit dough can and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Brush the tops of the bombs with the butter mixture.
  9. Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for color and flavor.

Notes

Don't overfill the biscuits to prevent bursting during baking. These can be customized with bacon, jalapeños, or different cheese combinations. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
