- Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container. A metal loaf pan or glass baking dish works perfectly for quick freezing.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen. For the creamiest texture, stir the mixture every hour during the first 2-3 hours of freezing.
- When ready to serve, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately!
