- Bring salted water to boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Set aside.
- In same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Add cooked pasta and spinach to skillet. Toss until spinach wilts.
- Flake salmon into bite-sized pieces and gently fold into pasta.
- Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use room temperature salmon for even cooking. Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
