  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces small pasta shells
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
  1. Season the chicken cubes with onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook pasta shells according to package directions in water seasoned with chicken bouillon powder until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet along with reserved pasta water. Toss to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
