- Season the chicken cubes with onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions in water seasoned with chicken bouillon powder until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet along with reserved pasta water. Toss to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce.
- Return chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
