  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 4-6 pita breads
  • Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Thinly sliced red onion

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and all spices until well combined
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight

  4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until cooked through

Notes
