Winter Fruit Salad

A vibrant and refreshing winter fruit salad that’s easy to make and full of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 4 Oranges
  • 2 Pomegranates
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 2 Pears
  • Honey (optional)
  • Fresh Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges, removing the pith, and segment them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash the kiwis and pears, cut the kiwis in half, scoop out the flesh, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Slice the pears into cubes.
  3. Cut the pomegranates in half and extract the seeds by tapping the back with a wooden spoon over a bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, kiwis, pears, and pomegranate seeds.
  5. If desired, drizzle honey over the fruit mix and toss gently to combine.
  6. Add fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Keep honey separate if making in advance.
