  • 2 cups Green Seedless Grapes
  • ½ cup White Granulated Sugar (or monk fruit sweetener for a low-calorie option)
  • ⅓ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Wash the Grapes: Rinse the red and green grapes thoroughly under running water.
  2. Prepare a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Make the Sugar Syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Stir until dissolved and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Coat the Grapes: Remove syrup from heat and quickly coat the grapes using a slotted spoon.
  5. Repeat the Coating Process: Continue with remaining grapes, working quickly.
  6. Allow to Cool: Let coated grapes cool on the baking sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy Your Candied Grapes: They can be enjoyed immediately or stored for later.
