Ultimate Fully Loaded Baked Potato Skins

Crispy, cheesy, and savory baked potato skins loaded with flavors and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Baked Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Cheese (mix of Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, etc.)
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped finely
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, poke holes, and bake for 45–60 minutes until tender.
  3. Let the potatoes cool for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Cut each potato in half and scoop out most of the insides.
  5. Brush the skins with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill each skin with cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the skins are crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with sour cream.
