Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring

A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of Thanksgiving with the fun of a crescent roll, perfect for using leftover turkey.

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and lay the triangles out on the baking sheet in a circular pattern, overlapping slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the crescent dough, forming a mound.
  6. Fold the pointed ends of the crescent dough over the filling to seal it, pinching the seams together.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the ring cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

For a different flavor, experiment with other cheeses or add finely chopped vegetables to the filling.
