Thanksgiving Turkey Meatballs

Delicious turkey meatballs infused with classic Thanksgiving flavors, perfect for gatherings or as a comforting home-cooked meal.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
  • Mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange on a plate.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add meatballs, cooking until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour gravy over meatballs, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve meatballs over mashed potatoes, drizzled with additional gravy if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with steamed vegetables or fresh salad. Ensure not to overmix the meat mixture to maintain tenderness.
