Sweet Prosecco Grapes

Delightful sparkling grapes marinated in Prosecco and sugar, perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Green Grapes
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne
  • 1 cup Cane Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the green grapes thoroughly under cold water, remove stems, and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the clean grapes and the bottle of Prosecco. Pour in the sugar and gently stir until well-coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. After marinating, check the grapes and sprinkle with more sugar if desired.
  5. Serve chilled using a slotted spoon to transfer to a serving dish.

Notes

Best enjoyed within 3-4 days for optimal crunch and flavor. Experiment with additional berries or herbs for variations.
