Sugar Plum Fairy Cookies

Delightful and colorful cookies perfect for holiday festivities, blending sweetness and whimsy.

  • 1 package Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 3 oz Jell-O Mix (Red and Blue)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 cup White Sanding Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix and Jell-O mix.
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture and blend until it forms a soft dough.
  5. Form small balls of dough, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Roll each ball in white sanding sugar.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden at the edges.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
