Prepare the Ingredients: If using frozen strawberries, measure out 1 cup and let them thaw for a few minutes. If using fresh strawberries, rinse and hull them.
Add to Blender: In a blender, add the strawberries, rolled oats, yogurt, and milk. If preferred, drizzle in honey.
Blend: Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. If desiring a colder smoothie, add ice and blend again.
Taste and Adjust: Pause blending and taste your smoothie. Adjust the sweetness if necessary and blend once more if needed.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl and add toppings as desired.
