  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Milk or Milk Alternatives

  • Prepare the Ingredients: If using frozen strawberries, measure out 1 cup and let them thaw for a few minutes. If using fresh strawberries, rinse and hull them.
  • Add to Blender: In a blender, add the strawberries, rolled oats, yogurt, and milk. If preferred, drizzle in honey.
  • Blend: Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. If desiring a colder smoothie, add ice and blend again.
