  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts with olive oil, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet, using parchment paper if desired.
  4. Roast the nuts in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and fragrant.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.
