  • 3 cups stuffing
  • 1.5 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil (optional)
  • 1 cup gravy

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and stuffing until well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded turkey, distributing it evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Add black pepper to taste and any additional seasoning as needed.
  5. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  6. If using, roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs to coat.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the balls on a greased baking sheet; drizzle with butter or oil if using.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
