Savory TikTok Ramen

A quick and cozy ramen dish featuring rich buttery flavors, aromatic garlic, and a hint of sweetness.

  • 6 ounces Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 large Egg
  • Thinly sliced green onions
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let bubble for 2 minutes.
  5. Create a gap in the pan, crack the egg into it, and scramble until just cooked. Mix back into the noodles.
  6. Toss everything together until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve in bowls, topped with green onions and optional seasoning.

Notes

For best texture, cook ramen noodles al dente. Adjust seasonings based on your taste preferences.
