20 oz Pineapple Chunks (canned, juice reserved)
3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
1 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
1 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Pineapple Juice (reserved juice)
12 pieces Plain Toothpicks (sturdy for grilling)
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all ingredients, open the can of pineapple chunks, and drain the juice into a bowl. Set chunks aside and reserve 1 TBSP juice.
Mix the Sauces: In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice. Stir until combined.
Cook the Kielbasa: In a skillet over medium heat, add sliced kielbasa and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Combine: Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa in the skillet and stir to coat. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Assemble the Skewers: On each toothpick, place a piece of pineapple, followed by a slice of kielbasa, and top with another pineapple chunk.
Serve Warm: Place skewers on a platter and drizzle with extra sauce or serve on the side.
