  • 2 lbs Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
  • 2 tsp Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (Substitute with cayenne for spice)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Substitute with Greek yogurt if desired)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Fresh Parsley (For garnish)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and lemon zest to make the creamy topping.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over each salmon fillet.
