  • 5 tbsp white sugar (or honey/agave syrup)
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 slice lime (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and ensure coconut milk is well-shaken. Freshly squeeze lime juice.
  2. Blend the Base: Combine coconut milk and lime juice in a blender. Add the sugar or alternative sweeteners.
  3. Ice It Up: Add 3 cups of ice to the mixture in the blender.
  4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Taste and Adjust: Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed, then blend again.
  6. Serve It Up: Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with a lime slice if desired.
  7. Enjoy Immediately: Best served fresh.
