Sausage Egg Bake

A hearty breakfast dish made with sausage, eggs, hash browns, and cheese, perfect for feeding a crowd.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer hash browns evenly across the bottom.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the hash browns.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage layer.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
