Pumpkin Spice Chocolates

Delicious homemade chocolates infused with pumpkin spice, perfect for sharing or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-high heat until just boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until set.
  6. Gently unmold the chocolates and enjoy or package for gifting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for longer storage.
