Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by mixing until well blended.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt. Stir until combined.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay!
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
After baking, allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
