  • 1 piece Rolo candy (for topping)
  • 1 sprig Rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften your cheeses: Ensure salted butter and cream cheese are at room temperature.
  2. Mix the base: In a large bowl, beat together softened butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flavors: Mix shredded white cheddar, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and black pepper into the mixture.
  4. Form the cheese ball: Shape the mixture into a ball, refrigerate for 30 minutes if too sticky.
