1 lb ground turkey
4 cups broth (chicken/vegetable)
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the turkey in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
