A creamy, zesty dip made with olives, feta, and cream cheese, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

  • 200 g Green Olives, pitted
  • 150 g Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 0.5 lemon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Flakes, optional
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Whole Green Olives, for garnish
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on the counter, ensuring that cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine the green olives, crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice, blending until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped roasted red pepper and dried oregano, adding chili flakes to taste.
  4. Taste the dip and season with freshly ground black pepper and adjust lemon juice or chili flakes as desired.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with whole green olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. For enhanced flavor, let the dip chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
