No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

A delightful and easy dessert featuring a rich combination of chocolate and peanut butter without the need for baking.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies, regular or double stuffed
  • ¾ stick butter, melted
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk (or as indicated on pudding package)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch pan to form a crust.
  2. Make the peanut butter filling: Beat softened cream cheese, then add half of the Cool Whip, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Assemble the layers: Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  4. Prepare the chocolate pudding layer: Mix milk with chocolate pudding according to package instructions, then spread over the peanut butter filling.
  5. Top with Cool Whip: Spread remaining Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer.
  6. Finish and chill: Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.

Notes

Garnish with additional crumbled Oreos or chocolate syrup for a beautiful presentation.
