  • 3 tbsp Butter (or vegan butter)
  • 1 tbsp Miso Paste (red, brown, or white)
  • 0.25 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and cut the Hispi cabbage into quarters, leaving the core intact.
  2. Mix the butter and miso paste in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Place the cabbage wedges on a lined baking sheet and coat with the miso butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder and panko breadcrumbs evenly over the wedges.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
