Melt-in-Your-Mouth Garlic Cheese Bread

A delicious and easy-to-make garlic cheese bread that transforms a loaf of bread into an irresistible treat.

  • 1 loaf Italian or French Bread
  • 0.5 cup Salted Butter (Melted)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of Italian or French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted salted butter, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes; stir until well mixed.
  4. Add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese; stir until well combined.
  5. Evenly distribute the garlic cheese mixture over the cut sides of the bread.
  6. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. If desired, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a golden-brown top.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dip. Garnish with additional chopped parsley or Parmesan for presentation.
