Maple Peanut Butter Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes infused with peanut butter and drizzled with maple syrup, perfect for a delicious breakfast.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, peanut butter, egg, maple syrup, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil to coat the bottom.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes more.
  7. Serve warm with additional maple syrup if desired.
