  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the greased baking dish in a single layer.
  5. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and panko breadcrumbs; mix well.
  6. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing over each chicken breast.
  7. Top each chicken breast with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. Substitute ranch dressing with Greek yogurt for a tangy twist.
