Irresistible TikTok Parmesan Potatoes

Crispy and flavorful Parmesan potatoes, perfect as a side dish for any meal.

  • 4 large Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges or cubes.
  3. Parboil the potato pieces in a large pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
  4. Let the drained potatoes cool for a few minutes to reduce moisture.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  6. Toss the parboiled potatoes in the garlic oil mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again.
  8. Spread the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
