Homemade Pizza Rolls

Delicious and customizable Homemade Pizza Rolls perfect for game days or family movie nights.

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni (or diced bell peppers for vegetarian)
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a clean surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough to approximately ¼ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the dough, leaving space around the edges, then add the pepperoni (or bell peppers).
  5. Carefully roll the dough tightly and pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and lay them cut side up on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or experiment with different dipping sauces.
