  • 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Rainbow candy for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates and nuts until finely chopped and well combined.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before topping with rainbow candy.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
