Ham and Spinach Frittata

A delicious and nutritious frittata made with eggs, ham, and fresh spinach, perfect for any meal.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat the olive oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced ham and chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until the spinach wilts and the ham gets crispy.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and spinach, stirring slightly to distribute.
  6. Let the frittata cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  7. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the frittata.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until set and golden.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges for serving.
