Halloween Breakfast Hack

A fun and festive way to start your Halloween morning with colorful scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 eggs
  • Food coloring (orange, black, or green)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for cooking
  • Optional toppings (cheese, diced vegetables, or herbs)

Instructions

  1. Start by cracking the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add a few drops of your chosen food coloring. Mix well until the color is even.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  4. Pour the colored eggs into the skillet.
  5. Stir gently as the eggs cook, so they scramble nicely.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook until the eggs are set, but still soft. Remove from heat.
  8. If using toppings, sprinkle them over the eggs before serving.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for brighter colors and mix in cheese for creamier eggs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, best eaten within 2 days.
