Ground Turkey and Potato Skillet

  • 3 medium diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it up; cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; coat thoroughly.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve as is or top with a fried egg for extra richness.
