  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potato rounds and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until tender and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the hot sweet potatoes.
