Ghost OREO Ball Truffles

Delightful no-bake truffles resembling ghosts, perfect for Halloween parties. Made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, these treats are easy to make and fun to decorate.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup White Chocolate
  • 1 cup Sprinkles or Edible Eyes

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with cream cheese in a large bowl until combined into a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll small portions of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Add sprinkles or edible eyes while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Allow the truffles to set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free option. Feel free to experiment with different chocolate coatings.
